Citizens Band Radio - Up on a Mountain

Citizens Band Radio has the look, feel and sound of a true Southern rock band that plays to the working man. By combining vintage early 70’s country and adding little bluegrass, hard rock and americana to the mix, CBR creates their own unique brand of Southern rock embraced by hippies, rednecks and bikers alike.

Formed in 2005, Citizens Band Radio is made up of six professional musicians who have each spent a lifetime crafting his/her skills.  After 5 years on the road, main song writer, lead singer and guitarist, Jayson Jannuzzi along with rest of the line-up; Linda King on mandolin and vocals, Andy Keenan on pedal steel and harmonica, Troy Bleck on guitar, Kevin Hummel on bass and Dale Eddington on drums, have become a tightly working band which combines talent and passion for the music they play.

Their latest CD came out in the beginning of 2010 and is called "The Ol' Waylor" named after Citizens Band Radio’s classic 1957 GMC tour bus. Never strangers to the road, last year had Citizens Band Radio sharing the stage with The Charlie Daniels Band, The Outlaws, Blackberry Smoke, Drive-By Truckers, The Ghost Riders, Gator Country and they finished off a great year by touring with Molly Hatchet and Blackfoot.

Little bit of hippies themselves, you'll soon see Citizens Band Radio rollin' down the road in their Vintage 35 foot tour bus that will run on bio-diesel from band's own bio-eco system on their West Jersey Farm. Also notice the cardboard eco-friendly CD cases for their 2007 debut album CBR.
